ATV's ;New Faces' in 1975 My first TV appearance

 This was the first time I appeared on TV and the first time, as a singers/songwriter I had an orchestra behind me, what a thrill ! 

Unfortunately I didn't know I'd won the show and missed the London Paladium 'All Winners Show' and the songwriting career was put on hold until now.

After missing the All Winners Show at the London Paladium, I was caught rotten by Lenny in front of the Nation on TV

I have a passion for Western Swing and I played trumpet as a young boy, so I put the two together with the Western Boogie Band for BBC 2 TV

It was great fun playing with Lonnie and Trad Jazz legend Monty Sunshine

We  were  in  the  middle  of  a  TV  series  for  BBC,  when  the  producer  thought  it  would  be  a  great idea  to  get  everybody  together  and  sing  an unaccompanied   version  of  Yesterday. Can you spot 80's pop hit maker 'Joe Fagin'

Just dropped this in because I love the song and it’s got some pictures that bring back memories.  I  was  on  tour  with  Glen Campbell  at  the  time  and it was  Pat‘s   (my  wife)  birthday

Patty and I were the 'Go To' backing singers for BBC TV and this day I got to sing behind a hero of mine
